Available in the Fall of 2008, this rear-load, bulk distribution facility will be tilt-wall construction and total 439,338 SF. The space will also be divisible to 80,000 SF in order to make it suitable for single or multi-tenant use.

The building will feature 32' Clear ceiling height, a 120' - 180' deep truck court, ESFR sprinkler system, trailer parking spaces as well as dock high and drive-in doors.
