The GICC is a 400,000-square-foot, international meeting and convention facility with 49 acres of landscaped greenspace that is the cornerstone to Gateway Center. The GICC opened in 2004 and offers Georgia’s newest and most technologically advanced meeting space, as well as the largest ballroom in the state at 40,000 square feet.

HVAC: Each floor is conditioned via a dedicated, nominal ninety (90) ton, variable-volume, water-cooled self contained unit. Condenser water is supplied to these self contained units via a nominal 420 ton condenser water plant consisting of variable volume condenser water pumping plant and ground mounted, dual cell cooling tower. Outside air is supplied to each floor via variable volume outside air system. DDC electronic control system has been provided to monitor and control all building and tenant HVAC systems.
