The GICC is a 400,000-square-foot, international meeting and convention facility with 49 acres of landscaped greenspace that is the cornerstone to Gateway Center. The GICC opened in 2004 and offers Georgia’s newest and most technologically advanced meeting space, as well as the largest ballroom in the state at 40,000 square feet. |

Outside air is supplied to each floor via variable volume outside air system. DDC electronic control system has been provided to monitor and control all building and tenant HVAC systems. |
